Great location with easy access to amenities and a free hot breakfast that included eggs, waffles, and more. The beds were super comfy and the room was clean, featuring plenty of storage. Plus, parking right outside the room made luggage handling a breeze!

i was just appalled by the constant hummm in my room, as if it was a sound-themed attraction. the front desk agent was nowhere to be found when i needed assistance, it was downright tragic. i expected to be treated like royalty, but alas, no complimentary gift for my troubles. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The staff at this hotel truly made my stay special. I arrived during a challenging time due to Hurricane Fiona, but their efforts were commendable. One employee, Glenda, even went out of her way to bring us coffee when the breakfast area had limited options. My room was spotless and very comfortable, perfect for a restful night. The location was ideal, close to restaurants and shops, making it easy to grab a quick meal. However, the breakfast area felt a bit cramped, with only three small tables available. The noise from the corridor was also occasionally disruptive, especially from other guests. Despite these minor inconveniences, the friendly attitude of the staff and the cleanliness of the room left a positive impression on me.

The security deposit charged to my card seemed excessive!!! The lack of soundproofing made every noise from outside disruptive, and the plumbing had frequent issues with toilets plugging!!! Adding more family-friendly amenities could improve the experience!!!

The rear entrance keycard access was a hassle, requiring use of the main entrance despite being closer to my room. I encountered noise disturbances from a large group of children, although I recognize this isn't the hotel's fault. Additionally, the front desk agents were not consistently visible, making check-in and assistance more challenging than it should have been.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Comfort Inn. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and my room was recently updated, very clean, and had a comfortably plush bed. Conveniently located near restaurants and shops, which made my visit delightful.

Amazing place with great Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, and laundry facilities. On my first stay, the staff helped me choose a good taxi. I highly recommend trying their delicious coffee in the lounge. I'm coming back for another trip!

I thoroughly enjoyed my brief stay. The staff went above and beyond to help with local attractions. I loved the 24-hour coffee station—it made my mornings so much better! Future guests should definitely explore nearby restaurants. they're just a short walk away. Highly recommend for couples!
