Great location in the heart of the town with easy access to nearby cliffs, attractions, and shops; the rooms were spacious and well-equipped for a comfortable stay at a reasonable rate.

Excellent overall experience. Newly decorated place, attractive rooms, courteous staff. Great and incredibly comfortable location super close to everything, and 15 minute walk from Tantramar Theatre. Also - very close to grocery stores and restaurants and restaurants and groceries and the centre of the buffet. Renovated building and rooms for a 2nd chair.

Location: the hotel was not far from the centre, Joggings cliffs and the Trans Canada Highway. Quick bites Wendy's was 200 metres away from the place. The double room was reasonably large and compact with a sofa bed as well as microwave...

Great location in the heart of the action, surrounded by lots of dining and shopping options. It's also super convenient for popping over to Canada or the States 👌.

Location great. The clerks were very friendly, courteous, & went out of their way to accommodate us. The new decor in front & new colors looked great. Liked having bill for auto check out.

There was no pillows for the pull out couch. The patio door was so stiff could hardly get in & out. The drain in the sink was slow & the water backed up. The light in the bathroom was going on & off on its own all the time. Needed a few more pillows & towels.

The room I stayed in at Comfort Inn Amherst was brand new and had a very clean bed. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to restaurants and grocery stores.

I swear the room we were in was once a smoking room. if it wasn't, then id wonder why it had an unpleasant odour to it. sofa bed not comfortable. most money I spent on a room and least happy with it.

was able to change our 2nd floor room for a drive up. Although for an extra charge and apparently there were available rooms the next morning. Breakfast was potentially good very busy.

Room smelled like electoral Fire and the air conditioner wasn't working properly. Left the side door open as long as we could to exchange the air. Remove the table in the centre of the buffet. Patrons sitting there were being bumped by everyone getting their breakfast

The location of this place was very convenient for the event we were attending, and it's close to a cave, as well as restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

The location was exceptionally nice and perfect - close to golf courses and restaurants. One of the best continental breakfasts with lactose free milk and potatoes, for example.

did not like carpet in the bedroom, have allergies.and we had to change rooms because the shower was not working properly, the leg was of the desk chair, which I didn't know until I sat on it.

Convenient spot, not too far from a shopping mall. Plenty of shops and places to grab a bite nearby, plus lots of restaurants close by to choose from! 🛍️

Friendly staff and location made it great and the outdoor accommodation for smokers.

Breakfast area could be larger and maybe have more fresh fruit as an option but the waffle maker is a good idea along with the cereal and toaster options.

The staff was extremely accommodating and exceptionally friendly. I wish I had taken down the woman's name who checked us in, but I didn't think to until now.

Since I was visiting friends in Amherst, the Comfort Inn is a bit further away than I would have liked (travelling by cab), but there was no other place to stay, and definitely nothing that could have rivalled the value and service which we were provided.
